--This Blog is still on process--
I got the idea of my blog title from a song "Geek in the Pink" by Jason Mraz, combined with a quote that I read somewhere saying "Proud to be a Book Geek". Since i want my blog to tackle all about books, and people who loves reading books are called themselves a book geek (and I'm proud to be one). So, there it is BOOK AND THE GEEK.
This is a blog everything about books, either book tours or book reviews, everything as long as its book related. Right now I'm just doing some book reviews, sadly I'll just post a review once a month, the main reason is I can only avail just one book per month, that's why I'm very very eager to win a book giveaway. Other reason is our school library is very outdated, they don't even know that there was a Young-Adult genre exists.
So to keep my ever loving blog alive, I will add some spices, I already started posting book quotes from random images on Google once every week, and now I'm working on some weekly or monthly activities which will I start later.

I don't rate a book a 2 or 1 star.
For me, it takes time and effort for an author to make a story, it takes year from writing, editing, revising, and publishing, so I don't have the nerve to do it, it feels like I just destroyed an author's life.
To avoid this, I strongly depend on Goodreads on what book should I read, I depend on a book total ratings, and the ratings of the first 10 reviewers .
